Making the most of the NDIS
As a registered NDIS provider, CBS Inc. will tailor our supports to meet your individual goals. We do this through:
- one-to-one supports – matching you with a Support Worker that you connect with. They will help you participate in life in the ways you choose.
- group activities – work preparation, focus on developing employment skills.
- group activities – enjoy recreational activities with people you connect with.
- online – helping to reach you where you live. This can assist if you need extra support before joining a group or if you live remotely.
- a combination of the above

CONNECTING AND HAVING FUN
Would you like to have fun and connect with people more? We can assist through Supports including:
- out and about fun activities
- recreation to increase your personal and social skills
- take part in big events, festivals and explore local landmarks
- travel
- build skills surrounding making real connections and friendships
- discover people who share similar interests with you, while meeting new people

- Work Discovery: covering all things to help get ready for work

Beyond Making it Happen (Adelaide) participant -Chen, has been working closely with a 1:1 mentor at Beyond Program to explore his employment goals and build his confidence for the workforce. During this time, he showed a strong interest in becoming an Uber Eats delivery driver. With the support of his mentors, Chen took the time to learn about what the job involves. This included the responsibilities, requirements, and skills needed to succeed.![]()
Through his dedication and willingness to try something new, Chen has now achieved an exciting milestone… he has officially started working as a delivery person! ![]()
Chen stopped by to visit us while completing a delivery to a nearby location. It was such a proud moment for everyone to see him out in the community, working independently, and putting his skills into action. ![]()
Chen’s journey is a great example of how setting goals, having the right support, and giving things a go can lead to real opportunities. We are incredibly proud of everything he has achieved and can’t wait to see what he does next.![]()

Our Port Augusta Choices group had a fantastic time attending the Multicultural Festival to celebrate Harmony Week!![]()
The group explored a variety of vibrant stalls and activities, took part in a traditional cultural dance, enjoyed face painting, and so much more. It was a wonderful opportunity to experience different cultures and embrace the diversity that makes our community so special.![]()
We love getting involved in local events—creating connections, trying new things, and celebrating what makes each of us unique. 💛![]()

Our Beyond Making it Happen (Adelaide) groups caught public transport down to Elder Park to visit the AFL Gather Round footy festival. It was a great day out in the city with lots of energy and excitement all around.![]()
While we were there, we explored a range of fun footy-themed activities, got involved in interactive games, and enjoyed the festival atmosphere. Everyone had the chance to experience different AFL experiences up close.![]()
A highlight of the day was watching AFL players being interviewed live, which made the experience even more exciting and memorable for the group.
We were so proud to celebrate our very first Hi Project Graduation in 2026 at Summit Cafe Glandore! 🎉![]()
It was a truly heartwarming day, filled with proud moments, smiling faces, and the chance to recognise the incredible achievements of our participants and celebrate with their families. Events like this remind us why we do what we do - supporting people, connecting with families, and building a strong, inclusive community.![]()

🌟 Good News Story: Meet Lochlan 🌟![]()
We’re proud to shine a light on Lochlan– a confident, passionate performer and a valued CBS Inc. Jobnet Elizabeth client who is making a real impact through music and community connection. 🎤![]()
Lochlan recently delivered his first paid workshop and Q&A, supporting young people with disability to write, create and perform their own music. He described the experience as a “wonderful event” and a meaningful opportunity to connect youth with youth in an inclusive and empowering space.![]()
Having seen Lochlan headline at the Fringe Festival with Northern Sound, it’s clear he brings incredible talent, stage presence, and energy to every performance. Not only is he a gifted musician, but he’s also a natural MC who makes everyone feel welcome and part of the experience.![]()
Looking ahead, Lochlan hopes to continue performing while building a career working with young people, in radio, or hosting events. He’s also giving back by volunteering with Northern Sound to support community engagement and future events.![]()
