The Jobnet Employment Program supports people with disabilities, mental health conditions, illnesses, and/ or injuries to find and maintain open employment. CBS Inc. strives to bridge the gap, assisting people with disabilities to be employed at the forefront of local businesses in South Australia. In turn positively impacting the client, their workplaces, and the broader community.
To achieve this, CBS Inc. uses a strength based approach and provides a holistic service that is tailored to the individual, their abilities, goals and interests.
Apart from supporting clients in finding and maintaining paid employment, CBS Inc. can also assist with:
- Education and training
- Work trials and placements
- Volunteer work and internships
- Self-employment
- On-the-job support.
Our Jobnet Employment Program supports people with all types of disabilities between the ages of 14 and age pension qualifying age.
CBS Inc. has a broad service coverage with 21 office locations through metropolitan and regional South Australia. Funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS), our Jobnet Employment Program provides the Disability Employment Service (DES) program through:
- Disability Management Services (DMS) providing short term supports
- Employment Support Services (ESS) providing long-term supports.
