Claude has over 40 years’ experience in Disability both here and interstate. Over the years Claude has worked for the SA Government in Accommodation Services, Day Services, Service Development, Community Services including service coordination and brokerage, Aboriginal services, and as a Psychologist. At his retirement, Claude had been a senior director in government disability services for 12 years. More recently Claude has worked part time as a consultant providing, training, mentoring and management advice for both executive staff and Boards of disability organisations. Claude is deeply committed to ensuring services are provided in a respectful, ethical manner whilst upholding the human rights of all people with a lived experience of disability. Claude has been a long-term supporter and friend of CBS Inc.

Emma Fey is the Assistant Director, Operations at the Art Gallery of South Australia. Emma has a strong background in strategy, communications and partnership and business development across diverse sectors including visual and performing arts, not-for-profit and higher education. Emma holds a Graduate Diploma in Art History from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Management from the University of South Australia.

Michael is a dedicated advocate of CBS Inc. and this includes providing suits to our Community Concierge SA staff and our Amelia Rix Award nominees. Michael has been a long term sponsor of the Amelia Rix Award. Michael is experienced in business and is particularly innovative with technology.

Lidia Pargaliti has over 30 years’ experience in a range of Executive Management positions within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Sector, with a strong background in Commercial Finance and business management. Lidia also volunteers for a number of not-for-profit organisations in Adelaide.

Nadia Field is a Consumer Nominee of CBS Inc. and attends the Coastal Choices® CBS Recreation program. Nadia enjoys representing people with a disability, especially those who cannot communicate for themselves, and attending various CBS Inc. events. Nadia is looking forward to being involved in CBS Inc. staff training.

His passion to be independent and career minded leads him to be employed as a site administrator/project co-ordinator in the building and construction industry. Freddie Brincat is the Founder & Executive Director of Community Bridging Services (CBS) Inc. Freddie brings commitment and experience supporting people with a disability, innovation, project design, partnership develop and culture and values – with a desire to achieve results through communication and team work.
Assistant Director, Basic Plan Implementation, Murray Darling Basin Authority
Jackie brings many years of corporate experience in the SA Public Service including management accounting, corporate governance, and policy development. Jackie is a strong advocate for employing people with disability and as a mother of a young adult who has autism is passionate about driving positive change so that people with disability can lead their best lives. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Health Sciences from Flinders University and is currently working as an Assistant Director in the Australian Public Service.
