Everything You Wanted To Know About NDIS, Disability Employment and Education — But Were Afraid To Ask Forum Brings Together Community Leaders and Advocates
On Thursday, 19 March 2026, community members, students, educators, disability professionals, and industry leaders gathered at the Adelaide Pavilion for the highly successful Everything You Wanted To Know About NDIS, Disability Employment and Education — But Were Afraid To Ask Forum.
Hosted by CBS Inc., the forum welcomed 110 attendees, representing 18 schools and 28 organisations from across South Australia. The event created an engaging and informative space for open discussion around disability supports, education pathways, employment opportunities, and inclusion.
The evening featured a distinguished lineup of guest speakers and VIPs, including:
- Bradley Hughes, Assistant Director of Engagement & Inclusion, National Disability Insurance Agency
- Reg Dennis, Manager of Disability Pathways, Department for Education
- Fiona Rillotta, Associate Professor, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Flinders University
- June Alexander, Lecturer for the Bachelor of Disability & Developmental Education and Bachelor of Disability and Community Inclusion, Flinders University
- Freddie Brincat OAM, Founder and Executive Director of CBS Inc.
- Michael Bois, Jo Carrick and Eva Yang, Board Members of CBS Inc.
The room was buzzing with energy, curiosity, and a shared passion for creating stronger pathways and better opportunities for people living with disability.

Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions directly to industry experts and hear firsthand experiences from individuals working across disability, education, and employment sectors.
