Announcement for CBS Inc. delivering Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Services

CBS Inc. is delighted to announce that we will be delivering Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) services from 1st November 2025 across metropolitan and rural/ remote South Australia.

We believe our supports to people with a disability are built on partnerships with our clients and business, and for years we have included Board members with a disability, and 22% of our staff with a disability. This balance has brought us much innovation and continued success as we increase the career, job expectations and success of people with disabilities, having the flexibility with low client to staff ratios, offering intensive on the job support to clients and investing in modern equipment and offices, rather than profit.

Our approach continues to be supported by people with a disability and their families, local businesses and by the Australian Government with major growth in the regions we know and who trust us to do the job well within South Australia.
