CBS Quality Management System (Policies)

At Community Bridging Services our Quality Management System provides a framework to monitor and improve our performance. It is aimed at achieving client satisfaction by presenting opportunities for improvement at all stages from program/service implementation through to completion of a program/service and/or client support. Clients are involved at all levels, including internal audits, client reference groups/forums and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Our system is based on the requirements of the:

  • Australian and International Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008
  • National Standards for Disability Services
